Car Question

The quick search I did for parts didn't show anything quite that pricey for the Cruisers - mostly $60-$100 range... will check into it tomorrow and see what comes up.
The car must have been waiting on our tax rebates to come in....

I didn't even get to NSSB's post and I knew from your original question it was a O2 sensor. Just from the post catylyst part that is the only thing in the exahaust system that could throw a code there are no other sensors in it. And a faulty one will really cause some problems and replacing them should increase your mileage. The computer determines the amount of fuel to use, and a high limit means that it is using to much and wasting fuel.

Got it in the shop right now - and it is indeed the O2 sensor as you all have said - they're hoping to get the part today & replaced today.

Go across the hill to Galax and go to The Antique Apple Mall. It's sounds fruity, but you can get a damn good coffee and some decent food.

I got hung up in the Memorial Day one. Mom and pops say the one at Labor day is brutal. I really love the area though (job market sucks though)
